Common questions
Do the games need an internet connection?
No. Every game plays fully offline.
I've paid, but the game is locked on my new phone.
Open the game's menu and choose Restore Purchases (in Sack Race, "Unlock the
full career - or restore a purchase"). Sign in with the same Apple Account you
bought it with, and it comes back. You are never charged twice.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and
choose the purchase.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?
Yes - progress is kept only on your phone. In Sack Race, use Careers -> Export
before you delete it, then Import to bring your career back.
Offline Games Garden - which games are free?
Solitaire, Word Guess, Anagram-Crossword, Sea Battle, Code Breaker, Mancala,
Word Search, Loose Ends, Snake, Arrow Exit, 2048 and Five Dice. One payment
unlocks the other 41, and every game added later.
Sack Race - what does the purchase unlock?
Your first season is free. One payment continues your career for good - every
season after that, forever. Nothing else in the game is ever sold.
